Buying this (even at the high price) has what I call ‘piece of mind’.It is, without doubt the finest you can buy, imho!Having a vehicle which is run from an AGM battery (it will also charge other batteries too) it is imperative to match quality with quality. No contest really! Treat yourself and you will never have to buy another.

Didn't work. Took it out of the box which looked as if it had been opened previously. Plugged it in and NOTHING!Returned following day

I have had one of these before and this was bought as a present. They are really good chargers and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent quality charger - used to charge the battery on my Discovery 4, which uses an AGM type battery. As soon as I switched on the charger it automatically detected that it was connected to an AGM battery (or at least I didn't have to select it manually anyway), and it made short work of the task. It includes regular 'crocodile' type connections, as well as a cable with ring connectors at either end, should you require a more secure connection. There is also a small bag included for you to store it in. The instructions are easy to follow, and generally the unit feels well built and is simple to use. Definitely worth buying - you never know when you might need it.

I have had a ctek charger before so i know the product.The previous version had failed after some years and now deciding to replace it i chose the better specified MXS 10.So far its done everything it need to including rescuing a very dead battery with the cycling charge.I would definitely recommend this charger.
