Don't get your hopes up, but if you have reasonable expectations, these will serve you well. They are a bit on the small side and therefore compromised in regards to sound reproduction, but if you are smart about how you install them and what you expect from them, you will be well pleased.

these are absolute garbage, the build quality is cheap, the speaker used in not capable of producing any bass whatsoever. the sound quality is tiny and lacks any body whatsoever, these advertised to be 200watt but cant handle a 120watt amp without distorting. wast of $25. these are replacing a set of Pyle speakers that i was not longer happy with. i guess Pyle is a Pyle of crap.

Well, to be honest, the minute I ordered them I was prepared to send them right back if they sounded terrible. But I’m keeping them. Cost no object, these would be a 1-2 star speaker. But for the price and small size, they really aren’t bad. They don’t hurt my ears to listen to them. I bought them to shortcut adding bow speakers to my fishing boat without cutting holes. They are small and light enough to mount anywhere with the included brackets. They sound good at low to medium volumes. Crank them up and you’ll see the little woofer working it’s butt off, distorting everything along the way. Think I’m gonna throw some bass blockers in-line with them so they don’t get so muddy at higher volumes. Asking these to handle bass is like asking politicians to tell the truth. They can do it, but you often won’t like what you hear.

Bought two sets for my boat. Easy to install just two screws each and a couple wires. Sound great except one had a crackle. Told amazon and within six days had a new set to replace that one opened the box and the replacements both had there grilldented. A little shock because the first two showed up in pristine condition. Nevertheless I just peeled the grill off of my first one and swapped. Look good and sound pretty good, not going to pound bass but there not suppose too.
