Deze Philips Avent borstkolf borstvoedingsset is een handmatige kolf in een cadeau- of startset, meestal vergelijkbaar met de Natural Motion-serie. De set wordt gewaardeerd omdat hij vrij compleet is: je krijgt naast de handkolf ook fles(sen), speen en vaak extra accessoires, zodat je direct kunt beginnen met kolven en voeden. De kolf zelf gebruikt Natural Motion-technologie met een zacht siliconenkussen, wat volgens veel gebruikers comfortabel aanvoelt en helpt om de melk snel op gang te brengen. Dankzij het compacte en lichte ontwerp is de set handig om mee te nemen en onderweg te gebruiken. Een ander pluspunt is dat de kolf uit weinig onderdelen bestaat, waardoor schoonmaken en in elkaar zetten eenvoudig blijft. Tegelijkertijd blijft het een handmatige oplossing, wat meer fysieke inspanning vraagt en minder ideaal is voor moeders die dagelijks grote hoeveelheden willen afkolven. Ook ligt de prijs vaak hoger dan een losse handkolf, omdat je voor de extra accessoires betaalt, al kan dat voor starters juist weer voordelig zijn.

Not sure if we received a faulty pump, it simple could not get the milk out at all unfortunately.Not sure if the duckbill valve is faulty, but just no milk so far. tried the whole 1 month, no milk suction.

This product started off great! I found I was able to get some extra milk after I was finished with my electric pumps, and all was great. Progressively over the course of a month and a half, the pump became more cumbersome to use (parts would constantly slip or not stay in place, and piles of leaking while I’d be trying to pump). The parts to replace are expensive and you may as well just buy a new pump at that point. Overall, I was largely disappointed with how it all turned out and I’ve decided to spend my money elsewhere for the replacement manual pump.

I received this as a product test from Phillips. It is light weight and was convenient to take out and about. It is quite small and fit into most bags. Comfy and quick to use. What more can you ask for….except a small electric one.

I really like this breast pump. It’s comfortable and easy to use. It’s also easy to sterilise and it’s great that the mill goes directly in to a bottle.It’s a handy size so easy to pack when out and about also.
