We love Weber grills, but this model has a grill/ grate with a removable center. I’m not sure who thought of it, but try running a spatula across it! We had to spend more just to have a normal flat grill/grate.

I purchased the older version because it had the charcoal storage bin. Who decided to eliminate the bin on the new models. Also, the version that has gas start is stupid.

I ordered from Weber directly to save $50. The hassle in the delivery wasn't worth it. Took forever, all sorts of touches needed - call from delivery people, scheduling, confirmation, having to be present and sign. Should have gotten it at a big box.

Awful and Weber does not back their product. Everyone that bought this grill had the same problem; the legs broke off. Weber wants to charge their customers over 200.00 to replace them. They will say ; send us the serial number or the numbers on the lid but there isn’t one. So, they say there is nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY ThIS GRILL.
