XGIMI Halo+

Great unit. Performed exactly as described. Easy to set up

With its surprisingly snappy performance, stunning picture quality, and physics-defying compact frame, the Xgimi Halo+ manages to stand out from the crowd of smart portable projectors out there. It’s so close to perfection, in fact, that you’ll be hard-pressed to find fault in it. This is my new favorite portable projector.

The XGIMI Halo+ is unremarkable for watching movies. It has okay contrast but mediocre peak brightness, so it looks its best in dark rooms, even with its visibly raised blacks. Unfortunately, this projector's pre-calibration accuracy is quite poor, but you can greatly improve its image accuracy with the limited calibration options. It has a wide color gamut, although the projector isn't bright enough to make its colors truly pop. Finally, fan noise is also noticeable at max brightness, although easily tuned out by audio.

Helderheid is juist voldoende voor afstand tussen beamer en de muur rond 1.5 meter. Voor grotere afstanden is het sterkere van licht begint al minder contast te geven.
