Great tool. Battery life is great. Lots of power over all. Love the attachments that give this drill so many advantages over others. It's like having four different tools. Very happy with this tool.

I'm about 95% certain I received a used tool. It had smudged dirt on it, slight scuffing around the edges, and a piece of the kit (the bit bit holders) was missing entirely. I like the drill and Festool quality in general, but I paid for a NEW drill and I believe I received a USED one.

My old C12 Ni-Cad batteries finally didn't want to keep a charge too long so I sent the kit to my nephew in Seattle. This C18 is the same size, with the same great chucks and is far stronger. Great tool for those who can appreciate it.

Everything you would need in a drill and more. If you have the money it is worth it, if you don't it is still worth it, if you make your living using your tools, what are you waiting!!!
