This is a quality tool. Expensive, but made in Japan. You will not be disappointed. I am done with stupid battery tools

I got this in addition to the cordless driver that I have because I can use it for hours without having to stop to recharge. The torque is far in excess of what is typically required.

I have not tried other corded impact drivers, so consider that when you read this. My other impact drivers are an air wrench, two Ridgid Jobmaxes, and a fantastic Panasonic 12-volt cordless. This machine is a lot stronger, and of course, it never needs recharging or EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE batteries. It will rip long 1/4" screws out of a workbench so fast it's scary. The cord is nice and long, and I like the hook. This is a great tool to have, for those times when your cordless tools are too wimpy and you don't feel like firing up the compressor.

it is worth the extra money. this thing drives anything you want it to drive.

Very powerful tool. Decided to buy this one instead of cordless because I will use only occasionally and would lose batteries. I was amazed at the difference in power to the cordless ones.
