the product is defective “spontaneous variation in power during use”, how can I send it for warranty, since I can no longer return or exchange it?

These Makita cordless tools do not come with batteries or a charger. You're only buying the head-unit so unless you have the 18v Lithium system already you will not be able to use this drywall screw gun when you get it. For the $180 they're asking for this tool it's definitely not worth it. Tool is flimsy plastic junk.
