Billingham Insert Hadley One

The bag is very well made and feels durable. Billingham bags have a reputation for longevity and being waterproof. I haven't tested this myself but I trust the hundreds of reviewers who have and confirmed it for their bags. As for size, the Hadley One is very spacious. The main compartment comfortably fits a full frame DSLR with lens attached, three additional small-medium size lenses, a filter pouch, and there's still room to spare. I could travel with this bag if I dropped a lens or two and instead filled it with clothes and toiletries. I was initially concerned that the leather joints at the ends of the strap might struggle with the weight but they can handle this and probably a lot more. With my current load they don't even bend. I bought this together with the SP shoulder patch that is sold separately, and it makes carrying the bag a lot easier. I'd recommend the shoulder patch to everyone who considers buying this bag.

This is my first ever Billingham camera bag. It's large enough for my Canon EOS 5D mklll plus three lenses. One is the Sigma 50mm f1.4 art lens. This isn't a small lens by any stretch of the imagination. It's big and it's very heavy indeed. The other is a Canon Zoom lens, and a 85mm fixed lens. In the bag I carry everything including my 12.9 iPad Pro. If you want a quality bag that will last you a lifetime then go for this beautiful. Yes it's heavy especially more so when you have the equipment I have in there. But you can get throw it over your shoulder like I do with the a strap protector on the strap or get your husband to lug it around for you. Either way you win.
