My 7600 CPU would get to 85 degrees and crash during 3d mark benchmark runs(CPU load section) with this it gets to 70 max under full load in a small front to back itx case. I would recommend this . It mounts to the am5/am4 factory black fan clips which I still had in a box. A bit tricky if you are in a small case. I had to remove my graphics card and push aside my power supply to fit it. Careful not to bend the fins.. It works great for a 65watt am5 CPU.
