De Leica SL2 10854 is een spiegelloze systeemcamera body met een full frame CMOS sensor van 47,3 megapixels. De camera biedt in-body beeldstabilisatie, een vaste 3,2 inch lcd en een elektronische zoeker met hoge resolutie. Opslag verloopt via twee SD-kaartsleuven die UHS-II ondersteunen. De behuizing is volledig metalen en volgens IP54 beschermd tegen stof en spatwater. Deze versie wordt geleverd als body zonder objectief.
