De Panasonic Lumix DC-G9II biedt een krachtige 25.2MP sensor, snelle phase detection autofocus en indrukwekkende burst-snelheden tot 75 fps, waardoor hij uitblinkt in sport- en natuurfotografie. De 8-stops beeldstabilisatie zorgt voor scherpe beelden, zelfs bij weinig licht of lange sluitertijden. De meegeleverde 12-60mm f/2.8-4 lens is veelzijdig voor diverse situaties. Nadelen zijn de kleinere sensor die minder presteert bij weinig licht dan full-frame camera's, een relatief hoge prijs en een batterijduur die bij intensief gebruik snel kan dalen. Voor veeleisende fotografen is dit een topkeuze, maar wie vooral in het donker fotografeert of een lager budget heeft, moet deze punten overwegen.

Before purchasing the G9II have been a previous Canon DSLR owner and then switched to a Fujifilm X-T2. I loved the X-T2 but this G9II blows it out the water! So much so the X-T2 is sold for more lenses.

I bought this camera over a year ago with the PL 12-60 lens and added the PL 100-400 ii for wildlife photography. Since then added the 9mm 1.7 lens. What I discovered is that not only are the stills amazing, but the video stabilization, video quality, Real-Time LUTs and overall versatility exceeded all expectations!
