HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 with Combo Cable

The product description never mentioned that this was a used or reconditioned product. Product came in a non-descript box with no padding or packing material. The product is clearly used, dirty, and clearly damaged.

I had an isue with this item for a week where my monitors would not work with the docking station, so I essentially just had a bulky charger. I asked for a replacement and all they sent me was the AC Adapter. I called them to see what was wrong an they said they couldn't do anything else because the item had already been replaced, even though I didn't receive the docking station. Items came loose on the box with no instructions. Overall, unnecessary hassle for the past week. Also the ports are very tight together and there are no HDMI ports which sucks.

The docking station has obvious dents and scuffs despite being listed as new.

I have an HP laptop and this item won't work with it...

The dock worked ok when it worked. Very confusing to setup and has to be plugged in just right... Only lasted about 18 months before it just died without any warning. For the price of this dock, it should last longer.
