De Sangean H-205 Bt is volledig waterdicht en daardoor perfect voor gebruik in de douche of buiten. Met 20 voorkeuzezenders, automatische zoekfunctie en NOAA-weeralarm blijf je altijd op de hoogte. De radio heeft een lange batterijduur en is compact. Nadelen zijn het ontbreken van Bluetooth, geen netstroomoptie en het display is soms lastig leesbaar. Ideaal voor wie een betrouwbare, waterdichte radio zoekt zonder Bluetooth-behoefte.

Replaced my venerable Sony. Would have love to have had blue tooth but it was not available in the form factor. For my purposes, it’s otherwise perfect. Sound is better than my old Sony. Tuner seems pretty sensitive ... no problem pulling in pretty week public radio station in the low 90’s end of the dial. Accommodates my AA eneloop batteries with D spacer. I am using old suction cup from prior radio to hold up antennae. Can’t figure out the weather radio alert system but that’s low priority for me.

This could be the best shower radio I ever had. Unfortunately, the way the button is set up to make the sound lower or higher was very close to the weather alert. This causes a problem because if I push the wrong button, which is easy to do because of the tight space, it sets off the weather alert. Despite the directions I read in the manual there is no way to get back to the radio unless I wipe out everything and start setting up all over again. This is my second Sagean H205 and I had encountered this problem with my first one also. Very annoying.

I hate this product. It’s supposed to take D batteries but it doesn’t. I either have to return it or try to figure out where I can find a funky weird battery that has the same circumference as a D battery but is taller. Since I don’t know where to find the right batteries, I can’t give an opinion about whether the product works in the sound quality.
