[Employee of philipsglobal] Nu 3 keer gebruikt en echt een fijn apparaat. De eerste keer wel veel water overal, dus lees goed de gebruiksaanwijzing of kijk even de video over hoe je dit apparaat moet gebruiken. Eerste keer spoot water alle kanten op.

I am absolutely disappointed and upset with this product. It worked great since I purchased it on May 6, 2022. Today is July 24, 2022, and it stopped working about two weeks ago. Nothing is coming out of the sprayer and leaking all the water out of the bottom. I presume that the tube that feeds water to the handheld sprayer came undone, and that is why the sprayer is not getting any water, and it leaks all the water out of the bottom. I loved this product when it worked. However, I paid over $100 to get a few weeks' uses out of this product! WHAT A SHAME! It looks like I will have to switch back to Oral-B for my dental hygiene.

I think the product was good but thinking maybe the water could come out in a slower pace and cleaned well but not as good as a true floss by hand

So you buy it. The directions say there may be two or three nozzles depending on which one you purchased. So being that the box doesn't tell I assume your left to hope you got lucky and got the box with three. FAIL. The directions say there will be a pause in water pressure indicating that you should move to the next tooth. Not true. FAIL. I wish I never wasted my money on this lousy product. Also a very shady deceptive company. Maybe you will get the box with three nozzles and maybe you won't? SERIOUSLY? FAIL!!!!

Do not buy this model. It worked for less than a week and then it started leaking water from the on switch on the handheld flosser. Contacting customer service to get a replacement is near impossible. Highly disappointed.
