I purchased the unit on 11/2019. I like the functions and design however, after 3 months of use I'm unable to reset the unit. If appears the reset button is stuck not allowing me to reset the stats. Sigma Sport is based in Germany with no affiliates in the US. I sent them an email detailing the issue. Hopefully they will warrantee the defective unit.

The printed instructions were pitiful. I went online and downloaded a set. I mounted the unit, drove the bike about 300 feet (our paved driveway) and the transmitter quit functioning. I checked the mountings and all seemed well. I suspect the transmitter battery was bad. The aggravating thing is the so called return policy of this company. If the product has been opened you are out of luck. How in the h**l are you supposed to know if it is defective? On top of that the box arrived having already been opened so it is obvious that the company is shipping out previously shipped products. The plus side though is that Amazon gave us back most of our money.

I have been using Sigma bike computers for 20 years. For me they are perfect 1.) Inexpensive 2.) Easy to install - but use loctite on the transmitter if you're going wireless 3.) Easy to operate once you get past the install - use ballpoint pen to operate the set-up button (this is a bad system, but it's what they offer) 4.) Accurate enough - GPS on phone and bike computer don't agree by a mile in 26, but who cares? 5.) Basic 6 statistics are enough for me If you're looking to for heart rate , temperature, altitude, etc. etc., keep looking. If, lie me, all you want is daily distance and time, ytd distance and time and time of day. (it also give you some averages, but I'm too old to worry about that. I'm happy to finish!) This sigma does it at the right price.

I belong to a bike club and compete in triathlons, and when my old computer pooped out.( it worked for 6 years) I ordered the Sigma. Besides the terrible setup instructions, it only It lasted 4 weeks. In the middle of a planned 30 mile ride, at mile 15, it completely died. Even a bike shop said they couldn't fix it. Going back to a Cateye.

We spent a significant amount of time measuring distances and trying to figure out why the computer wasn’t registering the wheel spinning. Finally, I took apart the lower unit, measured it’s battery on a multimeter, and found out that the battery was completely dead. I pulled one out of my spares rather than go through the hassle of return shipping.
