Philips AVENT Drinkbeker met rietje - 9+ maanden - 1 stuk - Blauw/rood - SCF796/01

I have bought this style of straw cup three times before and no problems. I bought it again just this weekend at a Big W store and the top straw part with the circular silicone part keeps going down when my toddler zips from it and I have to keep undoing and pushing back up into too backing part.Abit disappointed because as I said the other 3 bottles never had this issue. I think it may be manufacturing defect / fault variation in the manufacuring of the top part of silicone straw part?

Mijn kind 1,5 jr kreeg niks uit de beker.Het rietje zuigt veel te zwaar.Ik heb het ook geprobeerd het is niet te doen.Daarom worden mijn bekers niet gebruikt.De bekers van de Hema zijn prima en kosten 3 euro.

Throwing this away as my 7 month old can open it with ease. Please note it is recommended for children 9 months + so didn't think this would be an issue. He quickly discovered within minutes of having this how to unscrew the bottle and tip the cup upside down causing water to go everywhere. I tested it several times (without water) and he undoes it every time. I rang Phillips to discuss the issue. They said it was unusual and maybe my child was just clever. I told them I would have to not use it and was told nothing could be done. Would not offer a refund or return. Also had no other product to recommend.

Really like this product and my little one seems happy with it however when testing it myself I do feel as though you really need to suck hard for the water to come through. This is due to the straw being long enough that it sits on the bottom of the cup making it difficult for the water for flow easily

This cup is indestructible and my little one loves it. Don't use it for smoothies as I did, because it's really hard to clean afterwards. The delivery was fast and I'm very happy with the product
