Dark Souls: Remastered op de Nintendo Switch biedt de volledige, klassieke Dark Souls-ervaring nu voor het eerst draagbaar. De game draait meestal stabiel op 30fps en bevat de Artorias of the Abyss DLC, wat veel waarde toevoegt. Het uitdagende gevechtssysteem en het slimme leveldesign blijven indrukwekkend. Wel zijn de graphics minder scherp dan op andere platforms en zijn niet alle textures vernieuwd, wat soms storend is. In docked mode kunnen er framerate drops optreden en in handheld mode kan de besturing na langere tijd oncomfortabel aanvoelen. Er zijn geen grote nieuwe toevoegingen, maar voor wie Dark Souls onderweg wil spelen, is dit een sterke keuze.

Works as expected but I couldn’t figure out the controls very easily because it uses the same controller layout as an Xbox or PlayStation despite me playing the switch version which confused me for a while but overall works fine
