When you step into an event, you'll be instantly wrecked in 30 seconds. Sometimes, the target it out of reach, others often just annoyed you. Very unbalanced!

When its on sale for pennies its well worth it, has cloud saves too. This is from the golden era of Russian videogames (Targem\Buka\1C). The physics are very arcadey, a lot of the environment is destructible. The powerup designs and the sound of the cars is the worst part of the game.

I'm on the borderline of whether this is a 3 or a 4 star game. The campaign scenarios seem to be entirely dependent on the RNG. If you get a bad combo of planets & starting techs, you're better off with a restart. On the other hand, a good starting place with a strong economy from the get go almost trivializes the scenarios. However...there's that one more turn/map itch that this game satisfies. And playing a standard game is refreshingly relaxing after the campaign scenarios!

1) Car health is very low and there is no counter play to getting shot because it's all auto aim. You just have to take it like a b 2) Random crap on the track everywhere. As usual AI is unphased while for you hitting something means straight to the back of the pack 3) Starter car handles very badly (I'm assuming you can upgrade this but you have to grind) 4) Powerups move around, often right as you are about to pick them up. WHY? WHAT DOES THIS ADD? #1 and #2 with #3 to assist pretty much ruin the game as you will spend 50% of your time disabled instead of actually racing. I would rather play Grip and I didn't like that game either!
