Madden NFL 16 biedt verbeterde fysica en realistische tackles, evenals nieuwe passcontrole-opties en slimme AI. gameplay pretty much sucks. Can't really control anything on defense. Play selection on defense is especially bad. you can blitz both safeties with a wide arrange of plays, but god (Madden) forbids you rushing a single OLB. Computer's defensive AI is pretty dumb too. On offense you can drive the whole filed in goalline formation, and the defense will stay in nickle. Theoretically your Oline and 3 TEs should overpower the 7 man box, but somehow you can only get 4-7 yards a carry.

This was a present for my son’s birthday and was given outside of the “return date”. He quickly discovered it didn’t work and was very disappointed as this was one of the only things he asked for for his birthday.

IF you have never played Madden before, this is an excellent release with which to get your feet wet. While it is easy to nitpick, the fact is...the game is very close to actual football. My wife even commented that she thought I was watching an actual game. However, if you have last year's release, there really is not a lot to recommend this release. Wait until the price goes down and then, if you really want the roster update...go for it.
