Bomberman Act Zero wordt vaak gezien als een van de slechtste games in de serie. De game biedt online multiplayer voor maximaal 8 spelers en introduceert enkele nieuwe power-ups, maar mist lokale multiplayer en heeft een zeer repetitieve gameplay. De donkere, grauwe graphics en het ontbreken van een save-systeem zorgen voor veel frustratie. Spelers moeten 99 levels in één keer uitspelen, wat door de hoge moeilijkheidsgraad en slechte besturing bijna onmogelijk is. De sfeer en stijl wijken sterk af van de klassieke Bomberman, wat veel fans teleurstelt.

The only reason to but the game (I should note that the game used to be $1.00 here) is to play against Proton Jon in his streams, that is literally the ONLY reason, but that reason and that reason alone raised its price by 1500%.

i bought this game cause me and my boyfriend love playing the original bomber man together and didnt want to have to buy the original full game so we settled with this. only to recieve it and not let us play together since its a single player game and only a multi player game online. we dont even want it anymore but dont want to have to go through the proccess of sending it back to get our money
