MX vs. ATV: All Out biedt veel content, variatie in voertuigen en een leuke arcade-ervaring, vooral voor fans van offroad-races. De soundtrack wordt vaak geprezen en de besturing voelt toegankelijk aan. Toch zijn er duidelijke minpunten: de graphics zijn verouderd, er zijn regelmatig framerate-dips en pop-in, en de AI is soms frustrerend of oneerlijk. Ook ontbreekt een simpele restart-optie bij races. Voor wie veel variatie zoekt en niet te veel waarde hecht aan technische perfectie, is het een vermakelijke keuze, maar verwacht geen moderne afwerking.
