Titanfall op de Xbox 360 biedt snelle, innovatieve shooteractie met parkour en titans, wat zorgt voor veel memorabele momenten en strategische vrijheid. De balans tussen titans en piloten is goed, en het leveldesign benut verticaliteit optimaal. Wel zijn er duidelijke minpunten: de verhaalmodus is oppervlakkig, het aantal spelmodi beperkt en de mogelijkheden voor aanpassing zijn minder uitgebreid dan bij andere shooters. Grafisch is de 360-versie iets minder scherp, maar de gameplay blijft vrijwel identiek aan de nieuwere consoles. Voor liefhebbers van snelle multiplayer-actie is dit een sterke keuze, maar wie veel waarde hecht aan verhaal of variatie kan teleurgesteld zijn.

We were perhaps a bit naive & unaware on buying this, I’m sure it stipulates somewhere that this is an online interactive game only, but I got this without realising. So when we came to play it we ended up having to subscribe to Microsoft for yet more money to play it. Good game though, no denying that. For the quality of the game alone it should be a 5 Star rating.
