Yo-Kai Watch valt op door zijn humor, charmante personages en mooie 3D-graphics, wat het een van de leukere 3DS-games maakt. Er is veel te doen naast het hoofdverhaal, maar het gevechtssysteem is niet voor iedereen even boeiend. Het befrienden van Yo-Kai kan frustrerend zijn door het gelukselement. Het spel is vooral geschikt voor jongere spelers of wie houdt van een luchtige, toegankelijke RPG. Voor wie diepgang en uitdaging zoekt, kan het te makkelijk of repetitief aanvoelen. Online multiplayer ontbreekt, wat een gemis is voor sommigen.

Bit too hand-holdy for me but it is a game aimed at kids. The story so far is fun, the exploration & battle systems are nice twists on what looks like a pokemon clone. Well worth the purchase so far. I believe the game is a good lengtg too but I'm not far into.

When purchasing this I was hesitant as I felt it was a copy of pokemon. But it's not, it's so much better. The way you fight isn't like pokemon it's so much more fun and complex and doing quests is so much fun! The side quests are more fun than the actual main story. Really love this and can't wait to play the rest of them

Erg leuk spel, leuk ontworpen. OnZe zoon heeft uren speelplezier! Wel jammer dat het allemaal in het engels is.
