The Heavy Rain & Beyond Two Souls - Collection (UK)

Only received heavy rain without beyond 2 souls and gamestop's too lazy to even send me the return slip (going on 3 weeks)

I tried to play the Heavy Rain game but it doesn't work. Very disappointed. Beyond 2 souls works fine I like the game but I was really excited to play Heavy Rain so I am disappointed. I would love if I got a new Heavy Rain game free of charge.
