Cities in Motion

Very enjoyable game. Somewhat Caual but I enjoy the transportation side of the game!

Anyone who knows this game knows that the game has many detail deficiencies. Many things could have been solved better. Calculations are sometimes incomprehensible or even pointless. Nevertheless, I like this game. Once you have come to terms with the quirks of the game, it is a joy to play. If you bring the necessary time with you and take it very slowly in the game, especially if you are very careful with your money, you can play very relaxed and enjoy the game. There are also patches on the Internet that can improve the game.

CIM 1 and 2 were okay - but they really served as test platforms for Cities Skylines. If you really love transport sims (you probably already have these) but otherwise everything in these is done better in Cities Skylines.

I bought and installed this last night. I always start with tutorials, as they are generally very useful. Not this one. I'm currently stuck trying to figure out how to add stops to a tram line. The assumption that it would be exactly like adding bus stops to a line is wrong. Closed loop track, placed 3 stops, can't add a stop to a line and have no idea why. I followed the notes I made when doing the bus line, no tram stops can apparently be added to the line I'm trying to make. No documentation to help either, since it's always separate and I forget to check. I came back to get the manual, and thought people should know about this before buying this. So far, the only pro I can give you is that it looks pretty.
