Mega Man 11 wordt geprezen om het innovatieve Double Gear-systeem, dat zorgt voor frisse gameplay en strategische diepgang. De besturing is strak en de platformactie uitdagend, met verschillende moeilijkheidsgraden die zowel nieuwkomers als veteranen aanspreken. De eindbazen zijn creatief ontworpen en blijven bij. Toch zijn sommige levels te lang, wat het tempo vertraagt, en de moeilijkheidsgraad kan onverwacht pieken. De totale speelduur is aan de korte kant, zeker gezien de prijs, en de soundtrack haalt niet het iconische niveau van eerdere delen. Over het algemeen is het een sterke, maar niet perfecte terugkeer van de serie.

This was my first Mega Man game that I played the whole way through about 3 years ago. I very much enjoyed the level design, upgrade system, item system, and it was very addicting and a good reasonable challenge. I really couldn't get too much into the Mega Man Legacy Collection games although I might give them another chance at some point, but this one definitely held my interest very well.

kinda disappointing as far as Mega Man games go. I've been a fan of the series for over 30 years and coming off of the great 9 and 10 i thought 11 was pretty weak.

Simple game built for replays. Not really for me though. Too easy.

I could deal with the touchy controls and infrequent save points, but after losing 3 hours of progress because I assumed - incorrectly - that a modern game would save my progress, I gave up. Could have at least mentioned that you have to go out of your way to manually save or risk losing all of your progress! Auto-saving has been a standard thing for at least a decade or more now.
