The Golden Compass

Great graphics and theme. Some parts of the game are so difficult that my 9and 12 yr old give up and become disinterested.

So I thought this game was mediocre at best. It did however really make me want to see the movie thinking it would make more sense....it did not. I'd skip both the game and the movie. I think the review speak for themselves. Willing to bet the book was really good, but this was not

it is a good game about the movie. an adventure game. my wife and kids love it. graphics leave a bit to be desired

I found this game to be quite boring. I watched my kids play and they asked if I wanted to try it with them. I played for about five minutes, they got bored and asked if they could quit. They never played it again. It MIGHT be a good game for a little bit of a younger group. My kids are 8-16. I'm not sure though.

My daughter tells me that each time they have tried to use the disc it will not play. So I would say no, it was not a good purchase.
