Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory biedt een indrukwekkende verzameling muziek uit de serie en Disney, met meer dan 140 tracks en diverse speelmodi. Het spel is toegankelijk voor zowel beginners als gevorderden dankzij verschillende moeilijkheidsgraden en speelstijlen. Visueel is het kleurrijk en herkenbaar voor fans, en multiplayer opties zorgen voor extra plezier. Echter, het verhaal voegt weinig nieuws toe en is vooral een recap, en de camera kan soms frustreren. Multiplayer kan chaotisch zijn door storende trucs, en de besturing is niet altijd comfortabel bij lange sessies. Over het algemeen is het een aanrader voor muziekliefhebbers en KH-fans, maar minder geschikt voor wie een diepgaand nieuw verhaal zoekt.

Not going to lie, I thought it was going to be another cheesy rhythm spinoff game- which it is- but it really had me giggling like a kid as I unlocked stuff and played through challenging levels. 4 stars because I wish there was a bit more story and customization.

did NOT expect this game to be so huge and perfect. I haven't stopped playing all week! There are so many things to unlock and worlds/songs to play. AND you get the full story of KH. so worth it!

No free PS5 upgrade. NOT a traditional Kingdom Hearts game. More akin to a DDR music game/Rail Shooter hybrid. Very disappointing. I would have returned it, save I lost the receipt. Gave it 2 stars for actually being pretty of graphics, and seems that it should be very kid friendly. Likely will never actually play it myself though.
