Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity biedt veel speelbare personages en een diep verhaal dat fans van Zelda aanspreekt. De hack-and-slash gameplay is uitdagend en er zijn veel missies te voltooien. Wel wordt de gameplay na verloop van tijd repetitief en zijn de Divine Beast levels minder interessant. In co-op daalt de framerate flink, wat de spelervaring kan beïnvloeden. De wereld lijkt sterk op die van Breath of the Wild, waardoor er weinig nieuwe ontdekkingen zijn. Voor actie- en Zelda-fans is het een aanrader, maar verwacht geen klassieke Zelda-ervaring.

Definitely an older game, but I'm having a blast. The UI can be a bit frustrating to deal with at times, but it's passable. Just make sure you play Adventure mode too, and not just Legend mode! Most of the content and character unlocks are in Adventure mode.

Bought it used, was sent a defective copy. My switch couldn't read the card at all, my other games still work fine. Have to return it. I'm getting a refund but I'm losing out on the shipping fee.
