Darksiders III op PS4 biedt sterke, uitdagende gevechten en een opvallende artstijl die fans van de serie aanspreekt. De open wereld moedigt verkenning aan en het gebruik van verschillende elementaire krachten houdt de gameplay fris. The game is unfinished. The constant load screens and freezes are the real punishment. It’s trying to be Dark Souls meets Zelda and misses opportunities that would have made it work.

While I very much the look, the style and story, at the end of the day the combat system is NOTHING remotely close to Darksiders at all! This is just another Dark Souls inner game mechanics and I abhor it too much for me to leave it a anything more than 2stars!

Another fantastic story in the Darksiders series. Love the new Souls-like combat system and mechanics! Great art style and voice acting, too. Makes me want to try Genesis and hopeful that they will make a Darksiders 4.
