Assassin's Creed Origins wordt geprezen om zijn prachtige, realistische weergave van het oude Egypte en de grote, open wereld vol details. Op de Xbox One X zijn de graphics indrukwekkend, maar op de standaard Xbox One zijn de prestaties en beeldkwaliteit duidelijk minder. Sommige spelers vinden de zijmissies repetitief en de besturing niet altijd even soepel, vooral bij gevechten en klimmen. Ook komen technische problemen zoals framedrops en crashes voor, vooral op oudere hardware. Over het algemeen biedt het spel echter een zeer meeslepende ervaring met veel te ontdekken.

You guys need to quit with this dark souls type gameplay and start making assassins creed like you used to. This level up health before you can do missions is ridiculous and leaves no room for actual stealth play. Also, the last mission is absolutely absurd for a final mission. Quit making people swing their sword at air for 45 minutes before you can finally hit the boss. Whoever was put in charge of the final boss fight should be fired. Quit just making filler games and make the assassins creed like you used to.

Great game, pretty good graphics. Glitchy. The game shuts down occasionally and recently had the camera angle freeze at a weird angle and had to manually restart. The story line on some side quests seem to be incomplete at times but overall I enjoy the game.
