Rayman Origins voor Nintendo 3DS biedt uitstekende platformactie met vloeiende besturing en veel variatie in de levels. De game is uitdagend en biedt veel speelduur door verzamelobjecten en speedruns, vooral voor solospelers. Helaas is de presentatie op de 3DS minder scherp, met doffe kleuren en minder duidelijke animaties. Ook de muziek klinkt minder goed en heeft soms bugs. Multiplayer ontbreekt, en het kleine scherm maakt het lastig om alle details te zien. Overweeg deze versie vooral als je geen toegang hebt tot andere platforms.

My kids LOVE this game!! It's to them what Mario Bros was to my generation. They replay their favorite levels over and over. This makes it well worth the money compared to other games that get played once and then end up on a shelf untouched.

It is a shame this game has not been recognised more which it should be. I suppose people nowadays want shooters and the like. But this is a real hidden gem This game is so wacky at first I had no idea what was going on. But it is so addictive I lost track of time on so many occasions trying to collect so many of them gold items to get more of them pink things whatever they are called. It is challenging as well which platformers seem to have lost the challenge and made it easy for kids. This is a game for all ages and Ubisoft have made one of the best games to come out on the Xbox 360 or just that generation of consoles in general.
