I bought the product new, how ever it came dirty and the stylist is sticky as if it has been used and thrown in dirt! Very disappointing.

I inherited the PTK-640 when I began my current position at a large consumer goods retailer as a Photo Editor. I have no idea how old the tablet was when I got there at the beginning of 2013. Seven and a half years later, I still have the same tablet and am completely attached to it. The pen has had to be replaced once simply from constant, heavy use (at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week for 8+ years). I love how customizable it is, especially the surface area. I tend to use it at a weird angle (which really messes up anyone else trying to use it), and whenever I move on from this job it'll be one of the things I miss most. LOVE it.

This is a common issue for Wacom tablets, but the mini USB ports are not durable. If you get the Intuos 4 wired tablet, you’re basically screwed after a couple years because the connection to the ports is so poor and there isn’t Bluetooth capability. Get a version that can go wireless as a failsafe or you risk shelling out another couple hundred dollars, learned my lesson!

i've been using this tablet off and on since 2009 and it still works perfectly. i mostly use it for digital drawings and photoshopping images. the only thing that stopped working on it was the included computer mouse, all the other components (including the pen and extra nibs) still work like it was brand new. i plan on keeping it until wacom stops making drivers for it.

I use CAD drawing tools, and this just wasn't for me. This seems more artistic and less technical for my needs.
