De Jabra Biz Duo 2300 is een populaire headset voor kantoor en callcenter, vooral gewaardeerd om zijn uitstekende ruisonderdrukking en comfortabele pasvorm. Het duurzame ontwerp met Kevlar-versterkte kabel en een flexibele, breukbestendige microfoonarm zorgt voor een lange levensduur, zelfs bij intensief gebruik. Wel melden gebruikers dat de inline bediening laag aan de kabel zit en soms lastig te bereiken is, en dat er bij de USB-variant sporadisch verbindingsproblemen kunnen optreden. Ook ontbreekt een lapelclip om de kabel vast te zetten. Over het algemeen is dit een betrouwbare keuze voor professioneel gebruik, met enkele kleine praktische nadelen.

Needed a headset for work as I am hearing impaired and use an amplifier on my desk phone. This headset was suggested to me by customer service as the one most likely to work for me and it does work really well. I was also assisted with the correct smart cable to fit into my hearing amplifier. This set up now makes me much more comfortable answering the phone in my admin job as I am confident I will be able to hear the caller, so much better than when I just used the amplifier and the phone handset. 10/10 for customer service to suggest what was needed and 10/10 for the headset itself. Suits me perfectly.

The cups are terribly small, they keep sliding off. I found that if you put the band slightly behind the top of your head they will stop slidding, but then they're not comfortable, they don't cover or envelope your ears, they just press on half of them. Sound is dry... Yes it's a callcenter headset and for sake of noise cancelling they all sound a bit dry. But they are DRY. For that price, i expected more!
