Happy to have gotten this replacement. This headset was sitting for a year after I lost the dongle in a move. I got it working but had to download the turtle beach program on my computer and plug both the headset and dongle in at the same time and update the firmware on both to get it working. Took a few trys and restarts because the update kept failing. But eventually worked and I got the old headset working instead of having to buy a whole new one so its a win
