Very easy ordering process, and at prices better than any other shop I could find! I collected from a Waitrose in Hitchin, and had a very pleasant experience. They even had a brass band playing Christmas music as I walked in, getting me in the festive spirit. The perfume is fantastic, both myself and my fiancée would highly recommend it.
