The product is amazing and it's my second time purchasing it, my issue was with the next day delivery (it didn't arrive next day) and also the free gift (arrived in a "seperate parcel" which I never received and when I spoke to customer service they said they had ran out).

Purchased this online. Bottle was damaged with a slight leak at the top of the bottle. Made it a nightmare to get refunded. Told me I could take it to store which I did, was then told I had to post it back as was bought online. I refused to go to a post office and package it up myself when I've already went out my way to go to the store. Weren't interested in helping. Ended up just keeping it. Couldn't be bothered wasting more time
