Clarins - Cleansers Instant Eye Make-up Remover

This eye makeup remover still does its primary job well—it removes makeup effectively. However, I was disappointed to find that the scent has changed. The previous version had a beautiful, luxurious cosmetic fragrance that made using the product feel like a small indulgence at the end of the day. The current formula lacks that elegant scent and feels much more ordinary as a result. While the performance is still there, the overall experience is not.

I’ve been using Clarins Instant Eye Make-Up Remover for a while now and it’s quickly become a staple in my routine. It removes eye makeup effortlessly, even waterproof mascara, without the need for harsh rubbing. The formula feels gentle and soothing, which is great for sensitive eyes, and it doesn’t leave any greasy residue behind.

I have been using this I product for over 30 years and suddenly in January after ordering a new batch my eyes flared up, red stinging and flakey skin. I went without make up when able to and eyes settled down so thought it was an allergy to the make up so switch that. Now I realise it is the eye make up remover and I’m not the only one having problems as Clarins have changed the formula. It doesn’t mix when shaken and smells horrible.

This is my 3rd bottle so what can I say, I wouldn’t be without it
