The Hydra Beauty Micro Serum felt good on my face on the driest day of winter. It really moisturized my skin. However, the serum is not for my skin type. Although its texture is light and watery, it also has good slip—too much for skin that’s oily and prone to dehydration. The formula may not contain natural oils, but its synthetic emollients made my skin feel sticky, heavy, and oilier as the day wore on. I broke out in small acne bumps by the end of the day. Not worth over $100 per bottle to me.

I no longer even need a moirsturizer or anything when i use this. It serves as a serum, moirturizer, drink of water and just everything my skin needs to be balanced. I dont feel greasy or tight its just a happy medium and something that makes my skin feel good. I love the texture of it and 1.5 pump is enough for my whole face. I try to get it on sale and i can see myself continue to use this repurchase and then do it again. its a one step done skincare for me Edit - too expensive for me to repurchase and i got sick of the scent on this

Background: I have aging, dry, sensitive/rosacean/reactive skin and I received a free sample of this product. I thought it might be a nice hydrating serum to layer under my moisturizer and sunscreen. I used this exactly once and by the end of the day I had developed little acne bumps everywhere I applied it. This also has a very strong perfume smell (I'll never understand how it makes sense to put fragrance in a facial treatment product when it's known to cause issues for many people's skin). On the good side, this applied easily and didn't make me greasy or sticky; I don't know if it offers long-term benefits because I used it once. But seriously, this is a terrible product and it's ridonculously expensive to boot (over $80 US for 1 oz).

Beautiful scent. Beautiful bottle. Feels refreshing on your face. However, I saw no results. For reference, my problems are acne, crows feet, oily skin, and a few wrinkles on my forehead. My face looks and feels the same. Try it out. If you see a difference, great. But don't let the "CHANEL" fool you into thinking it will definitely work. It's not for everyone.

I absolutely love this stuff! I received a sample a while back and tried it out, and thought it was amazing...so I purchased a smaller bottle off of e-bay before I totally committed to buying the full size, Chanel prices being what they are...but this stuff is great. It give a glow to my dull, winter skin...I think it's definitely worth the investment!
