I was honestly shocked by all the bad reviews of this product because my experience has been the total opposite!!! I started using it a couple of weeks ago and saw amazing results from the very first use. I think the key is knowing how to use it. I apply a thin layer of the product to dry skin, then wet the applicator head under water and gently massage the area. You have to add water to activate the self-heating effect as it's what makes the formula work! Once I'm done with one section (like my nose), I rinse the tip under water again before moving to the next area. Working in sections really makes a difference. After using it this way, my face feels incredibly smooth and looks almost poreless, something I usually only get after a professional facial. It's gentle, easy to use, and gives visible results with no irritation. I honestly can't recommend it enough. Ignore the bad reviews, this product is completely fantastic when used properly! Please don't ever discontinue it!

It doesn't seem to remove blackheads, but it does prevent them. If you use it after facial cleansing, they won't come out for a long time.

Having tried multiple ways to reduce/remove blackheads on my nose, I purchased this product several months ago and have been using it as directed for some time. I'm disappointed to report there is no warming effect when I add water and I haven't seen any reduction in blackheads.
