De iPhone 14 256GB biedt sterke prestaties, een uitstekende camera en een helder OLED-scherm. De batterij gaat bij normaal gebruik een dag mee en het toestel is waterbestendig. Wel mist het een 120Hz scherm en een optische zoomlens, wat bij concurrenten soms wel aanwezig is. Ook is er geen fysieke simkaartslot meer, wat voor sommige gebruikers onhandig kan zijn. Het camera-eiland steekt uit, waardoor een hoesje aan te raden is. Voor wie overstapt van een ouder toestel of Android, is dit een solide keuze. Voor iPhone 13-gebruikers zijn de verbeteringen beperkt.

The phone never worked. Several phone calls to try to activate the phone, all escalated. No one could get it to work. Several scheduled calls to tech support that never happened. After two calls initiated by myself, and going into a Verizon store it was determined there was something wrong with the phone. It is being returned and a different model purchased.

Product is fine, but poor communication from The Good Guys. Ordered an online phone and for at least months I couldn’t get my delivery done. I was always the one to approach them asking for updates, apparently they didn’t have in stock - which is fine, but communicate and give me a solution. After 2 months, called again and a lady found out a way to get me the phone I ordered.
