What a piece... This phone is CHEAP and now useless only one week after use. The screen went so dark I cant see anything on it. factory reset, updated software, etc. STILL DIM .. like Samsung - totally dim whitted. Last Samsung product I will buy. What a piece of junk

I needed a new phone and I wanted a dual sim phone. The Galaxy A21s fits the bill, however it's not 5G (which I didn't need anyway). The fingerprint option is a bit touchy, but after trial and error, it is easy to use. The screen is easy to read and adjust. The only thing I don't like is that you can't save apps to a Micro SD card (at least I haven't figured out how to do so), but with 64 Gb memory, it gives me enough storage for what I need. At that price, you couldn't get much better phone.
