Ik heb grote handen, dus groot scherm is plezierig voor mij. Ook voor navigatie in de auto. Werkt prima, voelt degelijk aan. Heel soms (paar keer per maand) gaat intoets-functie op hol, blijft hij vele malen invoeren per toetsaanslag. Dicht doen (heb een "boekje-vorm" case erbij) en opnieuw ontgrendelen is dan voldoende.Ik zoek overigens niet de uiterste mogelijkheden van alle features. Batterij krijg ik in een dag niet leeg. Geluid is best redelijk, scherm prima. Camera is met knopje aan zijkant snel te starten=gemakkelijk!

Screen doesn't respond at times or is too sensitive at others. Also is slow and freezes quite often. Worst phone I've ever had.

Continually freezes when a call comes in, can't answer it, rendering the phone completely useless for it's purpose. If that wasn't enough, apps designed for this version of android keep freezing too. Have requested a return from Amazon (seller). Awaiting outcome. DON'T BUY IT, IT'S RUBBISH.

The phone itself is actually quite nice and has good build quality, a nice format factor and more memory than the XCover 3 I upgraded from. Sadly it is totally ruined by the amount of Bloatware (pre installed apps that you cannot delete) on the device. I would like to delete the following apps which I neither downloaded or want: Word, Powerpoint, Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, S Health, Facebook, Galaxy Apps, Duo. You can't the best you can do is disable them. They still reside on the phone taking up memory and the only way to actually remove them is rooting the phone which is not for the faint hearted and will likely void your warranty should something go wrong. Given the XCover 3 has little or no Bloatware this is a real step backwards. This apparently applies to all current Samsung smart phones and if I could return the damned thing I would. Oh and don't update these unwanted apps whatever you do because the update to OneNote for example was quoted at 40MB when I mistakenly hit update.
