Love this would highly recommended, easy to set up/ use. Love that i can just quickly hold it up and it automatically opens and closes and charges. Easy remove. Love it so much

Wow Samsung. Really? Lets bring it back to the start, It worked really well and said exactly what it was going to do. Charge your phone. HOWEVER, This only lasted for about two months. On a hot summers day, The mount snapped BY ITSELF because the heat deformed the plastic. Due to samsungs warranty/CGA process, It will take at least 3 months to get a reply back. NZ Samsungs Serviced Plaza has not received one of these units under a warranty/CGA claim so they are clueless when the head office asks about a repair. Its been months and im still waiting on a CGA Claim from samsung. Absolutely shocking as if they are going to be a pain to repair/replace or refund a cheap product like a car charger, I won't be surprised if its worse for a more expensive item.

I got it about a year ago with my phone and it worked ok to start with. But as of the last few weeks it has started to have problems where it won't let go of my phone unless the car is running. Normally it would hold power for 1-2 minutes after car is off to release the phone but not anymore. (I turn car off then worry about where all my stuff is). Also having trouble with the phone staying in place. It's like the rubber pads on top and bottom have compressed slightly so it's not holding the phone tight enough

As others have said, legs snap after a while. Noone wants to help with repair or replacement so avoid buying
