[Employee of philipsglobal] De fohn is krachtig en ligt fijn in de hand. De speciale eigenschappen zijn niet bij alle standen bruikbaar. Nu ik de fohn een jaar gebruik slaat deze heel snel af obv oververhitting. En dat is waardeloos, zeker voor deze prijs.

[Employee of philipsglobal] Prima werking, goed vast te houden, klein formaat maakt niet veel geluid.

Ik heb deze haar droger maar een keer gebruikt en 2de keer op eens deed het niet meer..heb meteen teruggestuurd

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I had it for around 9 months and it started overheating and turning off before I could even finish drying half of my head even on lower temperatures. I thought it was maybe a faulty item and exchanged for a new one with warranty. I have to say the warranty exchange was very smooth. However haven’t solved a problem. So now every time I have to be very careful and only use it on the lowest temperature, otherwise it dies in 1 minute. Had much better experience with babyliss. Would not purchase Philips product again.

In the first year it was working flawlessly and I was really happy with it, reduced frizz and fast drying (less than 10 minutes for someone with thick hair). After a year, it started overheating quickly and it would shut down after few minutes, especially if it was set up on "speed 2". Lately, there is a grinding noise in it and I am afraid to even start it. I took a good care of it and never dropped it on a floor or anything.Such a disappointment from quite pricey hair dryer. My old BaByliss is working good even after 10 years.
