The new changes of 200 ebony black is not good, it's new smell is making irritation, and colour also not giving original. Please change it back to old one

I wouldn't use this again This hairdye washed out of my hair within a few wahses. The coverage was rubbish and it didn't go as dark as it is supposed to. Was a waste of money

Please check before you buy this item, I bought this without checking inside as customers are not allowed to open packages but today when I opened it was empty there was no colour tube in it I m so furious because not only I lost my money but my time because this colour is for my mom and she is feeling angry

This should be a cool toned brown. Ive used before and it was fine ,now my roots are a warm ginger tone in the light compared to the rest of my hair thats been coloured with the previous cool tone dark brown. Ridiculous

very good hair dye , easy to use, colour was perfect !! I was worried it might come out too dark but it was just the perfect colour
