I was most grateful to the Knowledge Bar team, your hard drive department and your store senior Manager (David?), all of whom assisted me with utmost patience and professional guidance after I brought in my external drive to have its' data recovered. This Toshiba model was used to store the retrieved data, and I'm keeping it as an extra backup.
