De Black & Decker PH5551-QS is een elektrische heggenschaar met telescopische steel, ideaal voor het snoeien van hoge heggen. Het lichte en ergonomische ontwerp en de draaibare kop maken het snoeien comfortabel en flexibel. De machine is vooral geschikt voor amateurs en lichte tot middelgrote heggen, maar het snoer beperkt de bewegingsvrijheid en de snijcapaciteit is minder geschikt voor dikkere takken. Gebruikers waarderen de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, maar noemen het topzware gevoel bij langdurig gebruik als nadeel.

For the money in my opinion this is good piece of kit. Easy to put together and gives decent performance. I haven't experienced the problems mentioned in other reviews. If it's cared for and used sensibly it will last a fair amount of time. The battery doesn't last hours but it will cut a lot of wood before it needs recharging, I would recommend a spare battery though if you want to use it for a long time. The oil filler cap is screwed on so I'm not sure how others have lost it, it's on pretty tight. The saw does what it's designed for, if you need to cut up or prune a lot of wood buy a corded or petrol saw, but for me this is fine, it gives the freedom from cables I wanted.

Have had this a few months and have only used it once. The oil cap flies off all the time and oil has leaked into the battery. It is unusable! Will be sending it back. Only lasts around 4-5 mins on battery and takes ages to charge. Is really flimsy and awful quality. Would not recommend
