These earphones arrived with one of the ear cushions broken away from its plastic base.. Couldn't reattach it, so its on its way back to Amazon. I've ordered a pricier version which will, hopefully, have more build quality.

Love the headset and sound quality, but the covers/pads detach far too easily. One fell during my workday, and I never found it again. Without the pad it HURTS. Buying a replacement pad is more expensive than a whole new headset. But that’s such a waste. So now I can’t really use it.

This is a quality headset. I use it for Zoom and Microsoft teams conference calls. Also, I use it for cellphone calls, audiobook, watching movies and tv on my cellphone.

I purchased multiple headsets and the mic randomly just stops working. Would not purchase this product again.

they may have a jinx working in their Factory cuz every once in awhile you get a bad one
